By default, this site sets no tracking cookies and embeds no analytics or advertising trackers.

Local preferences

Your theme (light or dark), your chosen language and your answer to the consent banner are stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) and, for the language, in a one-year technical cookie named “tv_lang” used to show you the right version of the site directly. This information stays on your device and is not used for tracking.

Travelpayouts and Stay22 affiliate scripts (after consent)

If you click “Accept” in the banner, a Travelpayouts script (domain tp-em.com) and a Stay22 script (domain stay22.com) are loaded. They set cookies whose purpose is to attribute bookings made with our partners (airlines, hotels, agencies), so that Triovol can earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.

You can refuse these scripts, or withdraw your consent at any time: change my choice. Without consent, no third-party script is loaded.

Web app and optional account

The Triovol app is available on this site (under /app/) and on iOS and Android. It works without an account. If you create an account (optional), your email address, favourites and search preferences are stored with our processor Supabase (hosted in the European Union, with possible transfers to the United States governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

Flight and hotel searches (cities, dates, travellers) are sent from our servers, without any personal identifier, to SerpApi (Google Flights and Google Hotels results) and to our partner Travelpayouts (Aviasales offers). Booking takes place with our partners after you click: Aviasales or Kiwi.com for flights, Booking.com or Expedia (via Stay22) for hotels. Triovol makes no booking and takes no payment.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app (Profile → “Delete my account”): deletion is immediate and permanent. You can also request it by e-mail at contact@triovol.com. Every step is detailed on the Delete my account page.

The app counts anonymous usage statistics: number of launches, searches per mode and clicks to partners, aggregated per day, with no identifier, no IP address and no search content. They are used only to improve the service and can be turned off in Profile (“Anonymous statistics”).

Contact email

If you write to contact@triovol.com, your address and message are used only to reply. You can request deletion at any time by email.

Technical logs

The site and web app are hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, États-Unis). Like any host, Vercel processes technical logs (IP address, timestamps, requested pages) needed to deliver and secure the service, kept for a limited time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to us at contact@triovol.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
